The General Directorate of European Funds (DGFE) of the Spanish Ministry of Finance and Public Administration organises the Annual European Funds Communication Competition in order to give visibility and increase public awareness of the results and added value of the support of European funds in Spain.
The competition aims to select, reward, communicate and disseminate projects that have received funding from European funds under shared management - i.e. projects co-financed by ERDF (including the European Territorial Cooperation Objective), ESF+, ESF, ISF, IGFV, EMFF, EMFF, FTJ, EAFRD and EAGF.
After passing a first elimination round, CARDIOPATCH has been presented today in the semi-final of the competition. In competition with 9 other projects under the category #EuropeFeels Competitive the project has obtained the first place and with it, the pass to the final of the competition that will be held in Madrid in June.
#EuropeFeels Competitive represents projects aimed at industrial transformation, support for SMEs, promotion of research and digitalisation. CARDIOPATCH with its advanced therapy model for the treatment of myocardial infarction based on 3 medical products, one of them patented, will try to win the Gold Star award for the best co-funded project of the competition.
